For anyone in Wales experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence, or any other form of violence against women, and for friends, family, colleagues, and professionals supporting them. Funded by Welsh Government and run by Welsh Women’s Aid.
A joint unit of the Home Office and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Provides advice and support to anyone affected by forced marriage, including British nationals overseas.
For anyone experiencing emotional distress or in crisis. Confidential, non-judgemental support.
For non-emergency medical advice, including mental health support.
If your case relates to honour-based abuse, forced marriage, or female genital mutilation, the Halo Project, which Yasmin founded, may be able to help.
The Halo Project is a national specialist charity supporting Black and minoritised victims and survivors of these harms. It provides direct support, advocacy, and casework.
If you are worried that someone may be monitoring your devices or your internet activity, the services above can help you contact them safely. Most have webchat, text, or alternative routes for people who cannot speak on the phone. The National Domestic Abuse Helpline website also has guidance on using technology safely.
